Located close to The Pearl (Perlan) between the main shopping street and a mall, a quiet residential area 1,5-2,5 km to downtown Reykjavik. - Bedroom One has two windows, a double bed with tempur mattresses, a coat hanger, a chair and a desk, and a closet.
- Bedroom Two has one window, double bed, a sofa, a desk and a chair, and a closet.
- Living room with a sofa, dining table, closet, sofa tables and 6 chairs.
- Small kitchen with sink, two hot plates, microwave, small cooler, tableware for 5 people, small table can be raised from the wall.
- Bathroom with bath, toilet, sink, towels up to to 5 people.
- The apartment has its own tiny washing room with a small washing machine and a small cooler.
Please note:
- You have to walk stairs up to 3rd floor and last part of stairs is steep.
- Floors are painted concrete, and noise travels down to neighbors so no load parties are allowed.
- Some parts of the loft have low ceilings (see pictures) i.e. when close to outer walls of the loft e.g. the bathroom and washing room have low ceiling.
